XNRGY Climate Systems in Mesa, AZ is hiring experienced TIG Welders to support production at our new advanced manufacturing facilities building next-generation HVAC and chiller systems powering North America.

The TIG Welder will perform high‑quality welds on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, read blueprints, and support production in a climate‑controlled indoor shop. Candidates must be able to work day or night shifts as needed, with safety and precision at the core.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components.
• Weld sheet metal, piping, frames, and fabricated assemblies per specifications.
• Assemble HVAC and chiller components including frames, piping, panels, and structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, shop orders, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate across departments and shifts to support production goals.
