Job summary

ProMach’s HMC division is seeking a skilled Welder to join our modern, climate-controlled facility. You’ll weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG and TIG processes, reading blueprints and design models to build world-class packaging equipment.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of welding experience, familiarity with fabrication machines, strong safety practices, and the ability to work 40 hours per week in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years welding experience, preferably steel, stainless, aluminum.
• Experience with fabrication machines including rollers, benders, shears, etc. a plus.
• Excellent safety practices and mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ability to read technical drawings/ blueprints.
• Ability to take direction and follow through with assignments as provided.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to work well in a team and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Mig and Tig welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
• Measuring and inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assisting fabrication and production teams as needed.
