Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. You will perform MIG welding as the primary process, with TIG on select assemblies, crafting complete welded parts from start to finish in an air-conditioned shop.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($20–$26), weekly pay, and a full benefits package including health, dental, and vision. Shifts available 1st or 2nd, with paid holidays and tools provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
• Minimum 1 year production environment experience.
• Able to work 1st or 2nd shift.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements.
• Build complete assemblies start to finish, including grinding and finishing.
• Read and interpret product schematics and verify dimensions to spec.
• Track daily production build counts and flow.
• Operate a variety of manufacturing tools and welding equipment per job specifications.
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every weld and build.
• Adhere to all safety standards.
