Mott Corporation, an IDEX business, is seeking a TIG welder to join our manufacturing team in Farmington, CT. You will perform welding operations to detailed specifications, ensuring high precision and cleanliness in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with TIG welding.
• TIG welding proficiency.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, prints, and specifications.
• Understanding of quality and cleanliness requirements in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations to detailed specifications and engineering requirements
• Properly clean and prepare components prior to welding
• Maintain qualification to Mott MES welding specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and standards within a clean‑room work environment
• Adhere to all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and safety requirements
