Job summary

Trillium Staffing is recruiting a TIG Welder in Green Bay, WI on a direct hire basis. The role requires reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to build products per customer specs.

Responsibilities include weld preparation, welding, assembly, quality checks, and weld finishing in a job shop environment. The standard shift is 7:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for start times.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of TIG & MIG welding experience in a job shop environment.
• Strong fabrication skills with layouts and measurements.
• Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, and other alloys.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience operating hand and power tools and other shop fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products per customer specs.
• Perform weld preparations, welding, assembly, and quality checks.
• Complete weld finishing operations to finalize custom products.
