A Day in the Shop

• Start-up: Review engineering drawings and plan your sequence. Confirm materials and fit-up to match specs.
• Execution: Perform high-quality TIG welds across various metals, adjusting parameters to meet exacting standards.
• Problem-solving: Diagnose weld defects, fine-tune technique, and implement fixes to keep production flowing.
• Collaboration: Partner with teammates to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Safety & care: Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety protocols.
• Upkeep: Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment for optimal performance.
