Shifts from early morning, with option of additional hours. Candidates must read blueprints, weld symbols, and use tape measures; enjoy a fast-paced shop environment and operate cranes and grinders as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience welding stainless steel and high-alloy materials.
• Strong TIG and MIG welding background; Flux Core experience a plus.
• Ability to perform or learn 6G position welding.
• Blueprint reading and precise measuring skills.
• Solid, stable work history and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and Flux Core (FCAW) welding on stainless and high-alloy steel.
• Execute open-root 6G welds (TIG root preferred).
• Work on large fabrication projects across the shop floor.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and tape measurements.
• Use overhead cranes, grinders, and standard hand tools.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights as needed.
