Job summary

Trillium Construction seeks a TIG Welder for a site position near La Crosse, WI. You will work on fabrication, fitting and mechanical installation with a willingness to assist on related tasks on the jobsite.

The role involves some demolition, equipment installation, and teamwork to ensure quality workmanship. OSHA 10 is preferred, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude valued on this project. Schedule includes long hours and weekends, with per diem options described.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial millwright and pipe fitting experience.
• Experience with 1–4 inch stainless steel pipe.
• Familiar with Schedule 10, 20, and 40 piping systems.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primarily fitting and mechanical installation, but must be willing to help wherever needed on the jobsite.
• Some demolition and removal work may be required.
• Must be willing to assist with general mechanical work, equipment installation, and other tasks as needed.
• Foreman will periodically inspect work to ensure quality, fit-up accuracy, and professional workmanship.
