Job summary

Trillium Staffing is recruiting a TIG Welder in Green Bay, WI on a direct hire basis. The role requires reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to build products per customer specs.

Responsibilities include weld preparation, welding, assembly, quality checks, and weld finishing in a job shop environment. The standard shift is 7:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility for start times.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of TIG & MIG welding experience in a job shop environment.
• Strong fabrication skills with layouts and measurements.
• Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, and other alloys.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience operating hand and power tools and other shop fabrication equipment.

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for a TIG Welder who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company! The TIG Welder will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products per customer specs. They will be responsible for various types of weld preparations, welding, assembly, quality checks, and weld finishing operations to complete custom products in a job shop environment.

This is a direct hire Welder opportunity, with a well-established custom job shop in the Green Bay area. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, but the Welding Supervisor is flexible if an earlier start time is preferred. The starting wage is based on experience and weld test results, $26-$35 per hour.
