Super Radiator Coils in Chaska, MN is seeking a TIG Welder for the second shift. You will turn raw stainless and carbon steel into precise assemblies that meet spec on first pass, supporting cooling, heating, and power systems worldwide.

You will mark weld points, set up jigs, and TIG weld stainless and carbon steels, while diagnosing and repairing welds that fail inspection. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED, or certificate required.
• Experience with TIG welding on stainless and carbon steel.
• Ability to read drawings and follow blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Turn work orders and blueprints into assemblies meeting spec on first pass.
• Mark weld points with rules, squares, templates, and scribes.
• Dial in jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and stops with measuring tools.
• Perform TIG welding on stainless and carbon steels with consistency.
• Diagnose and repair welds failing inspection.
• Safely move and stage completed parts using proper tools.
• Prep materials by grinding, cutting, drilling for clean fit.
• Uphold safety, quality, and company procedures.
