Picture this: It’s 2:30 pm on Monday. You clock in, review a fresh set of drawings, and by 1:00 am you’ve transformed raw stainless and carbon steel—ranging from 1/16" to 1/2"—into components that help cool, heat, and power essential systems worldwide. That’s the rhythm of our second shift, and it comes with a $1.00/hr differential.

Can you see yourself doing the following?

  • Turning work orders and blueprints into flawless assemblies that meet spec the first time.
  • Marking precise weld points and component locations with rules, squares, templates, and scribes.
  • Dialing in jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and stops with accurate measuring tools and hand tools.
  • TIG welding with consistency and care on stainless and carbon steels.
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and reworking welds that don’t pass inspection.
  • Safely removing and staging completed parts using the right tools.
  • Prepping materials by grinding, cutting, and drilling for a clean fit and finish.
  • Upholding safety, quality, and company procedures as nonnegotiables.

Your skills may also align with other production areas such as machine operation, assembly, brazing, crating, tube fabrication, or material handling—where you can broaden your impact.
