We are seeking to fill a TIG Welder position in Putnam, CT. Schedule: Three shifts available

Pay rate: $19 - $30/hr.

Essential tasks:

• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys while interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Set up and maintain welding equipment, conduct quality checks to ensure industry standards are met, and follow all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean workspace and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of TIG welding experience
• Experience welding high nickel alloys (0.060" - 0.25" Thick)
• 2+ Years of fabrication experience
