United Talent Staffing is currently seeking skilled TIG Welders to join our team in the Mt. Pleasant, PA area. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with competitive pay based on experience. Successful candidates must be able to pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency in welding 11–16-gauge stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel (11-16 gauge).
2. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
3. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Schedule & Pay:

1. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2. Occasional overtime available
3. $20-27/HR based on experience

Requirements:

1. Proven experience with TIG welding, especially on 11–16-gauge stainless steel.
2. Ability to pass a hands-on weld test.
3. Must bring your own weld helmet and personal gear for the weld test.
4. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
5. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
7. Must have your own basic hand tools (preferred but not required).
