• Proven EXPERIENCE in TIG welding of light gauge materials (aluminum & stainless steel) in a job shop or custom fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using tools such as grinders and calipers.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Welding certifications (e.g., AWS) are a plus but not mandatory.
