Responsibilities

• Supervise network support and client server specialists for planning, coordination and upgrades.
• Train and manage a team for incident response to Tier 2/3 network engineers.
• Administer networks including hardware, software, and configurations.
• Develop and implement LAN/WAN analysis, testing, monitoring, and support methodologies.
• Evaluate and implement new network technologies for proactive monitoring.
