Job summary

A technology and mission support company located in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Tier II Network Technician. The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices, troubleshooting network issues, and conducting configuration management. Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• 10 years of experience through a combination of education and work.
• Knowledge of OSI model required.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets.
• Coordinate network operations and upgrades.

Education

Doctorate with 3 years of experience or equivalent
