Job summary

A technology and mission solutions provider in Mississippi is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to manage client LAN/WAN devices, resolve incidents, and support network operations. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in networking, strong knowledge of CISCO and Juniper systems, and the ability to handle layer 1 and layer 2 configurations. A TS/SCI clearance is required. This role demands office presence and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience, equivalent to specific educational background.
• Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices.
• Resolve incident tickets.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Provide support to Tier III engineers for incident management.
