Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Network Operations Tier 2 technician to support the ECS3 program. You’ll address break/fix issues, coordinate with the Network Operations Center, and implement upgrades for routers and switches across the enterprise.

This role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, CCNA, Security+ (IAT II), and 10+ years of relevant experience. You’ll draft SOPs, review STIGs, and support site surveys and engineering data calls to maintain secure, reliable networks.

Qualifications

• IAT II (e.g. Security+).
• CCNA certification and network device knowledge.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience; degree may substitute for 5 years.
• Familiarity with Cisco/Juniper devices; routing protocols like BGP/OSPF/MPLS.
• KG-175 TACLANES knowledge and firmware upgrades.
• Cisco ISE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NOC and staff to address break/fix, config updates, changes, and upgrades.
• Develop technical resolution reports for outages.
• Conduct VLAN, ACL, and port assignments; perform IOS upgrades.
• Draft SOPs for network operations and security.
• Review STIGs and support site surveys and engineering data calls.
• Work independently with supervision and analyze complex problems.
