Job summary

A defense technology company is looking for a Tier II Network Technician in Las Cruces, NM. This role requires supporting LAN/WAN devices, resolving incident tickets, and managing network configurations. Candidates must have 10 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education) and a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Additional qualifications include knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and basic routing fundamentals. The position requires office presence 5 days a week, and no relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Coordinate network operations and maintenance.
