Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Tier II Linux Administrator to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA. You will provide Tier II Linux and Windows system administration across large Enterprise environments in a hybrid Windows and Linux setup.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; 8+ years of related systems administration experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II support and manage both physical and VDI Windows and Linux workstations.
- Troubleshoot user, workstation, and application issues for Linux and Windows environments.
- Identify and resolve incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
- Provide remote end-user support across geographically dispersed Tier 2/3 teams.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders in small and large teams.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
