Job summary

STACK Cybersecurity is seeking an IT Support Technician - Tier 3 to deliver advanced technical support for desktops, servers, and networks with focus on cybersecurity practices. You will handle incident response, SIEM logging, and security tooling while maintaining strong client communication.

The role requires on-site work in Michigan, weekends/on-call as needed, and collaboration within a skilled team to protect customer environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced Windows support for MS Office, EntraID and Intune.
• Experience with backup solutions and processes.
• Network troubleshooting at Layer 3+.
• Enterprise firewall experience (IPSEC, NAT, policies).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for desktop, server and network environments.
• Address cybersecurity incidents and malware remediation.
• Support and configure security tooling and SIEM logging.
• Communicate status and updates to clients effectively.
• Collaborate with team and meet deadlines under pressure.
