Job summary

Solution Builders, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist II to handle first and second-level support for workstations, servers, printers, networks, and cloud services. You will resolve issues, document resolutions, and ensure client satisfaction at client sites in Bloomington, MN.

The role requires 3+ years in desktop support or helpdesk, 2+ years in Windows server or networking, and strong communication. Monday–Friday with on-site work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk/ServiceDesk experience.
• At least 2 years of Windows server or networking experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (Exchange Admin, SharePoint Admin, OneDrive Admin, Teams Admin).
• BS/BA degree in related field preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first and second-level service requests and alerts at client sites.
• Document issues, resolutions, and time in the ticketing system.
• Communicate with clients professionally and timely about incident progress and outages.
• Research and escalate issues to proper resources within Solution Builders.
