Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk experience.
• 2+ years of Windows server or networking experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (Exchange Admin, SharePoint Admin, OneDrive Admin, Teams Admin).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BS/BA degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Resolve first and second-level service requests for client environments per SB standards.
• Research and escalate issues to internal resources to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with vendor support to ensure timely resolutions.
• Document all issues and resolutions in the ticketing system as they occur.
• Communicate with clients professionally, keeping them informed of progress and outages.
