Responsibilities

• Interacts with HQ AMC Program Managers to determine requirements for end users.
• Provide research, design, and/or modifications for enterprise-wide systems and/or applications.
• Provide managerial guidance supporting Logistics Information System in sortie generation.
• Support end user devices and server environments within the Logistics community.
• Manage hardware installations, software configurations, and POC procedures.
• Resolve or escalate issues to maximize system availability and protect against downtime.
