Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions in Arlington, VA is seeking a Help Desk Specialist with an active Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer.

The position involves end-user device support, incident resolution, and adherence to Information Assurance requirements across a diverse IT environment, including AD and VDI, VMware, and Windows OS. Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 2 years of Help Desk experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Touch Labor: fix, configure, troubleshoot, and install software for end-user devices and peripherals.
• Tier II technicians are primary POC for incident resolution and escalation.
• Maintain IA requirements for devices and support environments.
• Configure system components and peripherals to support the operating environment.
• Support Army environment familiarity and Classified IT considerations.
