Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Tier I Helpdesk Technician to join our on-site IT team in Phoenix, AZ (Beaverton, OR also options). The role is full-time and on-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Base location can be Phoenix or Beaverton, with responsibilities to troubleshoot network, PC, VOIP and server issues, and to work with sales reps and VOIP engineers while assisting customers to resolve problems effectively.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years IT experience with a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Remotely troubleshoot network, PC, VOIP, and server issues.
• Collaborate with sales reps and VOIP engineers to resolve issues.
• Assist customers and diagnose problems to ensure quick resolutions.
