Job summary

Pacific Office Automation, the leading document imaging and technology dealer, is seeking a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician for full-time, on-site work in Beaverton, OR or Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on remote troubleshooting of network connectivity, PCs, VOIP, and server issues, with collaboration with sales and VOIP engineers to resolve customer problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree required.

Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician | Full-time, on-site position | Monday–Friday 8am-5pm | Based in either Beaverton, Oregon, or Phoenix, Arizona.

Essential Job Duties

• Remotely troubleshoot and diagnose our customer’s network connectivity, PC, VOIP, and server issues
• Work closely helping to resolve issues with sales representatives and VOIP engineers
• Work with our customers to troubleshoot any issues

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years professional IT experience mixed with a willingness and capability to learn
• Ability to problem solve
• Some System Administration experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
