Job summary

TechnologyLab, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Field Tech to provide onsite and remote support in the Dallas, TX area. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems, including network gear, access points, projectors, doc cams, and charging carts.

You will work closely with Tier 2 and 3 techs to resolve issues. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to handle help desk tickets.

Qualifications

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients.
• Install and configure hardware and software systems including AV equipment.
• Liaise with Tier 2/3 for complex issues.

Description:

The Tier 1 Field Tech will be responsible for onsite and remote technical support. They will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining various hardware and software systems, including but not limited to: network hardware, access points, projectors, doc cams, and charging carts.
