Job summary

DrFirst is seeking a Tier 3 Technical Lead to provide advanced technical support for DrFirst applications. You will diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex issues escalated by internal teams, acting as the primary escalation point for Tier 2 and driving data integrity and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), using PL/SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, monitoring tools, and incident management workflows.
• 2+ years of professional Tier 1/Tier 2 experience.
• Desire to provide extraordinary customer support for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Triage cases escalated from Tier 2 to determine root cause.
• Manage all assigned cases with defined customer SLAs.
• Resolve issues by querying databases and performing in-depth troubleshooting.
• Contribute to process improvements within the Operations Team.
• Drive automation through Python scripts and tooling.
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to reproduce issues in test/beta environments.
• Monitor and maintain database applications ingesting data from multiple sources.
• Lead special projects implementing new processes and applications across teams.
