Job summary

Bana Solutions, LLC is seeking a Tier 3 Operations Lead in a secure government environment. You will guide a small operations team, act as the final escalation point, and drive advanced troubleshooting and remediation of complex incidents.

You will analyze SQL data, develop automation scripts in Bash/PowerShell, and ensure alignment with ITIL processes and DoD security policies while coordinating with stakeholders across engineering and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical operations or related field.
• Senior escalation point for Tier 3 support experience.
• Experience in secure or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct a Tier 1-3 operations team.
• Be the final escalation authority for high-severity incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Tier 3 issues.
• Analyze, write, and optimize SQL queries for incident resolution and reporting.
• Develop and maintain automation and diagnostic scripts using Bash/PowerShell.
• Provide direct operational support to government users and coordinate resolutions.
• Support IAM solutions (proprietary and COTS).
• Ensure ITIL-based processes govern incidents, problems, changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to resolve systemic issues.
• Identify trends and gaps; implement process improvements.
• Ensure DoD security policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
