Job summary

Din Development Corporation is seeking a Tier III Service Desk Lead to serve as a technical leader for the DES MES-END program. The role demands senior escalation expertise across enterprise infrastructure, network, endpoint, cloud, and systems environments, with close collaboration among engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT service delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest level of technical escalation within Tier III Service Desk.
• Lead analysis and resolution of highly complex enterprise infrastructure and systems issues.
• Perform planning, systems engineering, integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for disruptions.
• Develop engineering recommendations and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Review and approve technical solutions, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, operations, and program management teams.
