Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks an Operations Shift Lead for a 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) in Arlington, VA. The role is 100% onsite, leading a operations team responsible for monitoring, incident triage, and cross-team coordination within a secure SWS platform.

The candidate will own incident resolution, ensure SLA adherence, and mentor staff while preparing shift reports and reviewing major incidents. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8750 IAT II certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in Windows or Linux server environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II (e.g., Security+CE).
• Comfortable working 24x7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations tasks during assigned shifts.
• Oversee monitoring of network, servers, apps, and infrastructure for outages and performance issues.
• Own incident triage, escalation, and resolution through closure.
• Coordinate with network, systems, security, application, and vendor teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and runbooks; review alerts for trends and improvements.
• Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and operational metrics.
