Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current Polygraph is required.
• 10+ years IT/sys admin experience or 5+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must hold at least one IAT Level 1 compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE).
• Experience administering Windows and Linux servers; patch management; security controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise servers, operating systems, and core applications.
• Apply patches and config changes in line with change management policies.
• Perform routine system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues from help desk.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system, application, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and deploy systems and tools; assist in upgrades/migrations.
• Document configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure systems adhere to security policies and federal guidelines.
• Use monitoring tools to track performance and respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to improve IT processes.
