Job summary

CyberTrend Engineering LLC seeks a System Administrator II to support IT systems across UNIX/Windows environments from Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with poly clearance and involves monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining server, network and storage devices.

You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automate tasks with Ansible and Terraform, and collaborate with development teams to enhance reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages daily configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Offers Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and escalation.
• Configures UNIX/Windows systems and loads OS software.
• Participates in system security, reliability and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage/monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues for high availability.
• Collaborate with Dev teams on deployment strategies.
• Automate tasks with Ansible and Terraform.
• Ensure system security and maintain documentation.
