Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a System Administrator (Level 2 IT Technical Support) to join our Managed Services team. You will act as escalation point, resolve IT requests, and work with our Service Desk to maintain client infrastructures across on-site and remote environments.

You will handle high volumes, collaborate with leaders, and contribute to faster first-call resolutions while supporting Windows servers, AD, Azure, and network devices in a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or Tier 2).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with IT hardware and software.
• Experience providing onsite and remote support in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for Service Desk staff for higher-skill tickets.
• Maintain health, maintenance and documentation of client infrastructures.
• Resolve tickets or escalate to Tier 3 Network Administrator as needed.
• Handle high ticket volumes and on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce ticket volume and improve first call resolution.
