Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a System Administrator (Tier 2) to join our service teams. You will act as escalation point, handle high-volume tickets, and support on-site and remote clients.

Must have 3+ years in IT, Windows servers, AD, Azure, VPN, and MSP tools like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Ninja. Excellent communication and documentation skills required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT (Network/Systems admin or Tier 2)
• Experience supporting on-site and remote users in a fast-paced MSP environment
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
