Mondo in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on, onsite IT support for employees in a corporate environment. This role emphasizes troubleshooting software, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications, as well as user access and workstation functionality.

The ideal candidate has strong experience solving everyday end-user issues such as login failures, Excel or Outlook problems, application errors, and connectivity challenges.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or related field required.
• 5 years of desktop or IT support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite desktop and end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11 OS issues, login failures, and software errors.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Resolve user access issues, password resets, and AD permissions.
• Document and manage support tickets, escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
