Job summary

Mariani Packing Group in Vacaville, CA is seeking a helpdesk/IT support professional to provide technical assistance to our community. This on-site role handles on-premises and remote support, resolves tickets, and maintains hardware and AV equipment.

Requirements include associate degree, CompTIA A+ preference, strong communication, 5+ years in customer service or tech support, and proficiency with PC hardware, Windows and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or technical support.
• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware, Windows platform, and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first contact for users seeking technical assistance.
• Performs on-site and remote troubleshooting of tickets and requests.
• Researches and communicates relevant support information to end-users.
• Maintains accurate ticket documentation to ensure timely resolution and SLAs.
• Maintains IT hardware inventory logs and requests equipment purchases as needed.
• Updates and maintains audio visual equipment in conference rooms and presentation spaces.
