Job summary

IAT Insurance Group offers a 10-week IT Support Intern program in Naperville, IL, starting May 24, 2027 and ending July 30, 2027. The internship follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work Monday through Wednesday and optional remote Thursday and Friday.

You will join the Tier 2 Support team, gaining hands-on experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms, Duck Creek, Hyland OnBase, and IT service delivery practices. Compensation ranges from $17–$20 per hour, with base pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Rising undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2 IT operations under supervision.
• Assist with documenting processes and tracking work.
• Gain exposure to enterprise systems and IT service delivery practices.
