Ability to install software, manage accounts, and perform basic admin tasks per IT policies.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for onsite and remote users, resolving incidents end-to-end.
Own incidents from intake through resolution, with triage, updates, escalation, and closure.
Diagnose and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, VPN, and connectivity.
Provide MFA and account support, software installation, access changes, and device setup.
Act as local escalation point for complex IT issues and coordinate with vendors.
Maintain documentation, run training sessions, and contribute to knowledge articles.
