Job summary

Kraken Robotics Inc. is hiring an IT Support Specialist (Tier 2) for the Houston, Texas office. You will be the primary onsite IT resource, handling end-user support, MFA, and device management while acting as a Tier 2 escalation point.

You’ll move between hands-on support and junior systems administration, resolving issues independently, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining security and documentation standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary IT/CS education or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years IT support, service desk, or systems administration.
• Experience resolving Tier 2/3 issues onsite and independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite IT resource for the Houston office and regional travel.
• Own incidents from intake to resolution with clear user communication.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, licensing, and device management.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, network, and infrastructure issues and document changes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve complex problems.
