Key duties include incident management, AD/O365 administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud services (AWS/Azure), backups, and security best practices. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Tier 2 support role
• Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, ITIL are desirable
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration
• Networking (LAN/WAN) and security best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Mid-Level Technical Support: Resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Incident management and post-incident reviews
• Mentor Tier 1 staff and share knowledge
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide updates
• Documentation of solutions, procedures, and interactions
• Proactive maintenance and system audits
• Collaborate with project teams on IT initiatives
• Security implementation and ongoing protection of client data
