WEBIT Services is seeking a Tier 2 Service Desk Engineer to extend our mid-level IT support within the service desk team in Naperville. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, mentor junior staff, and contribute to project work while delivering high-quality IT services to clients.

You will handle virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), AD/O365 administration, backups, and network/systems security on Windows and Linux servers, and you will collaborate with IT professionals to ensure reliable, secure,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support role.
• Certs like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server admin, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security.
• Strong problem solving and communication with clients.
• Team player with ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support virtualization, backups, storage, and network security.
• Administer Windows Servers and AD/O365.
