Qualifikationen

• US citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (MS preferred) with 2–4 years experience.
• Experience supporting virtual environments and Windows/Linux servers.
• Willingness to work on-site Raleigh or San Antonio + on-call & weekend as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve access, connectivity, and authentication issues across VMs and shared resources.
• Provision, configure, and secure cloud infrastructure with best practices for patching, firewalling, encryption, logging, and automation.
• Manage user and system access including identity, group policies, and file permissions.
• Monitor system health and security events; assist in containment as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Jira andServiceNow; ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with end users to validate changes and escalate unresolved issues with logs.
• Balance rapid ticket resolution with long-term supportability via scripting and escalation protocols.
