Fortive's Fluke Reliability division is seeking a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist in Bonita Springs, FL with remote options. You will learn Fluke Reliability software, support customers, partners and internal teams via phone, email, web meetings and chat.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing team with potential for advancement into other departments. Responsibilities include handling calls, emails and chat, providing accurate solutions, and collaborating in a fast-paced

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication of technical information.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.

Mansioni

Provide support for Fluke Reliability software applications to end users in a Microsoft and Web-based environment.
Answer incoming customer support phone calls, email and chat communications.
Find and communicate accurate solutions to issues reported by end users while using Fluke Reliability products through analytical talent and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Work in a strong team environment to provide unparalleled support to customers in a wide variety of industries.
