Job summary

Fluke seeks a Technical Customer Support Tier 1 specialist to learn Fluke Reliability software and deliver support to customers, partners, and internal teams via telephone, email, web meetings, and chat. This is a ground floor opportunity within a growing team with potential to move into other departments such as Account Management, Professional Services, Sales or Support.

Responsibilities include providing software support in a Microsoft/Web environment, answering calls and messages,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Good problem solving and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Database knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide support for Fluke Reliability software to end users in a Microsoft and Web-based environment.
Answer incoming customer support phone calls, email and chat communications.
Find and communicate accurate solutions to issues reported by end users through troubleshooting.
Work in a team to provide support to customers in a wide variety of industries.
Multi-task during calls to research technical issues and document the issue clearly.
