Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Support Technician at Tier 1 to deliver first-level technical assistance for ICS products. You will troubleshoot via calls and remote tools, train users, and follow ITIL-based processes to resolve issues and improve service quality.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent, plus 6 months of related customer service experience, with networking and MS Office fundamentals. On-site work with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months or more of directly related customer service experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users of ICS products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems via telephone, remote desktop, and other supported tools.
• Train customers and counsel on best practices to maximize ICS systems.
