Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Six months or more of directly related customer service experience preferred.
• Good phone skills and empathy with customers.
• Basic understanding of networking, computers, MS Office, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support to ICS product users by phone and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues following ITIL standards.
• Train customers on best practices and system usage.
• Document problems and solutions; contribute to knowledge base.
