Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an experienced Technical Product Support Agent to join the Golf & Technology platform team in Carlsbad, CA. As a Tier 1 agent you provide initial technical support to end users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues over phone, email, and a web-based remote desktop tool.

You will document issues, contribute to help articles, coordinate returns or repairs with manufacturers, and assist with upselling new items.

Qualifications

• Experience in tech support or helpdesk environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with remote support tools.
• Golf knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve end-user tech issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Document customer issues for reporting and knowledge base.
• Develop end-user docs from resolved cases.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, or repairs with manufacturers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell new items.
