You will be the frontline support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, handling incidents, asset inventories, and user provisioning across an enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities include ticketing in ServiceNow, creating knowledge articles, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Frontline technical support and incident management in an enterprise IT environment.
• Manage end-to-end ticketing and IT asset inventories.
• Resolve hardware, software, OS, and basic network issues.
• Author knowledge base articles and SOPs for recurring issues.
• Support cybersecurity incident reporting and onboarding of trainees.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and help desk tickets.
• Log, track, update, and route tickets in ServiceNow with detailed documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and basic network issues.
• Perform account management tasks (password resets, unlocks, provisioning).
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software and peripherals.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
• Mentor junior technicians and trainees.
